Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct land and site surveys for construction and infrastructure projects.
Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, GNSS,
and Theodolite.
Perform topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
Establish control points and benchmarks on project sites.
Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to execute survey work accurately.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for accurate
implementation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
Verify alignment, levels, and measurements during different construction stages.
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and survey calculations.
Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD preferred).
Good understanding of site coordination and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
