Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct precise measurements and detailed surveys to establish property boundaries, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology, including GPS and CAD software, to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide critical data that influences design and construction phases.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, maps, and reports detailing survey results for review and documentation purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects.
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
