Position Overviewbr>Parsons Corporation is hiring a Land Surveyor in Dubai, UAE to support infrastructure and landscape projects across major real estate developments. The Land Surveyor will perform field surveys, geodetic calculations, setting-out, and as-built verification, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-schedule delivery for civil works in Dubai.br>

Key Responsibilitiesbr>
Perform land and field surveys, topographic and control surveys, and geodetic calculationsbr>Execute setting-out, verify levels, and protect existing services and utilitiesbr>Interface with clients, contractors, and the Resident Engineer to confirm survey requirementsbr>Prepare field sketches, maintain survey data, field books, and calculation recordsbr>Measure completed works for progress certification when requiredbr>Assist with as-built data capture and preparation of as-built drawingsbr>Comply with site HSE procedures and contribute to safety briefings and toolbox talksbr>Support timely completion of survey tasks within approved man-hours and budgetsbr>Coordinate survey instrument calibration and ensure proper data management and backupsbr>
Skills Setbr>
Proficient with total stations, GPS/RTK, data collectors, and leveling instrumentsbr>CAD and survey software proficiency for data processing and draftingbr>Control establishment, traverse adjustment, and coordinate system conversionsbr>Setting-out for roads, utilities, and landscape featuresbr>Quantity verification, as-built surveys, and report preparationbr>Records management, field documentation, and basic BIM/GIS awareness

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or equivalent Minimum 7 years of experience on infrastructure and landscape projects with real estate developers Strong knowledge of construction sequences, site procedures, and QA/QC practices Familiarity with Dubai authority standards and approvals preferred >Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams Proven commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail
