Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries, elevations, and contours.
Operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, theodolites, and levels.
Prepare and maintain accurate survey sketches, maps, and reports.
Assist engineers and architects by providing precise measurements for design and construction projects.
Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Requirements:
Knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments
Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and drawings
Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction processes
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy (AutoCAD, GIS software, MS Office)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Diploma/Trade Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in land surveying or related field
Other: Valid surveying license/certification (if applicable)
