Landscape Architect

We are currently hiring a Landscape Architect  for our client, a reputable landscaping company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and development of landscape concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings according to Urban Landscapes reference projects
• Able to adhere to the project and client requirements, working man-hours allocation as per the approved and signed contract
• Create end-of-week reports on project updates
• Review technical buildability of design submissions, tender documents, and material specifications
• Independently manage supporting landscape architects, visualisers & draftsmen to ensure all project deliverables are prepared and coordinated to scope & program
• Provide mentorship and guidance to landscape architects
• Ensure compliance with local regulations in the UAE, sustainability principles, and project standards
• Conduct site visits and coordination with clients, external consultants, contractors throughout the project stages
• Manage shop drawings preparation & review, mock up approvals, site inspections and coordination with in-house procurement, quantity surveying, estimation & construction teams
• Monitor drawing production and ensure quality and correctness of the drawings issued
• Demonstrates strong concept design capabilities, with proven ability to create innovative, compelling and buildable landscape solutions /li>
