Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop creative landscape design concepts for residential, commercial, and public projects

  2. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD and other design software

  3. Plan softscape and hardscape elements including planting, paving, lighting, and irrigation systems

  4. Conduct site analysis and ensure designs align with environmental and regulatory requirements

  5. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for design integration

  6. Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and cost estimates

  7. Supervise site execution to ensure design quality and compliance

  8. Review and approve shop drawings and contractor submissions

  9. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards

  10. Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design practices

  11. Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback

  12. Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and landscaping techniques

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture (Master’s preferred)

  2. Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in landscape design and project execution

  3. Strong knowledge of softscape & hardscape design, irrigation systems, and material selection

  4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop

  5. Experience in residential, commercial, and public realm landscape projects

  6. Ability to develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and BOQs

  7. Good understanding of local authority regulations and approvals (GCC experience preferred)

  8. Strong coordination skills with architects, engineers, and contractors

  9. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  10. Good communication and presentation skills

  11. Candidates must share portfolio along with CV
