Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and specify strong>green roofing systems/strong>, integrating sustainability and performance.
- Develop technical specifications for strong>fountains, water features, and decorative elements/strong>.
- Provide expertise in strong>outdoor lighting solutions/strong>, balancing efficiency, safety, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support project bids and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi government procurement requirements and local content standards.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
- Support the company's strategic initiatives in irrigation networks and landscape infrastructure.
- Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Landscape sector.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and solutions.
- Familiarity with Saudi market.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Landscape sector.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and solutions.
