Landscape CAD Technician - 3D BIM Modeler

Doha Qatar

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape CAD Technician - 3D BIM Modeler to join our team! In this role you will get to perform basic to complex drafting assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of drafting standards, practices, and techniques.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepares technical packages from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.

• Under supervision, performs landscape architecture design which requires a fundamental knowledge of landscape, planting and irrigation design, aesthetics, and/or design standards, practices, and techniques.

• Prepares high quality presentation drawings.

• Prepares high quality presentation 3D BIM modeling.

• Should be able to read Landscape Architectural drawing mark ups and comments.

• Provides support and production assistance to team members

• Completes other duties as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5+ years relevant landscape design experience.

• Preferably with work experience in GCC.

• Proficient in Civil 3d & Revit.

• Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD.
