Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all landscape construction and maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. Review landscape drawings and planting plans, ensuring accurate implementation and selection of suitable plant species for local conditions. Supervise all softscape works including planting, soil preparation, irrigation integration, and plant establishment. Monitor site performance, conduct inspections, and implement solutions to maintain high standards and optimize resources. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery. Manage plant health, soil conditions, and irrigation systems while ensuring compliance with sustainability practices and UAE regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Horticultural expertise, Landscape construction and maintenance, Irrigation systems management, Soil and plant health management, Team leadership and coordination, Quality control and site inspection Experience in landscape construction, maintenance, and horticultural management (preferably in UAE) Strong expertise in plant selection, soil science, irrigation systems, and integrated pest management Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, contractors, and multiple project sites Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or landscape design software and a valid UAE driving license preferred
