Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Use and apply professional landscape design tools and software, including:
    • AutoCAD
    • Photoshop / Illustrator
    • SketchUp / Lumion / 3ds Max
    • Revit (preferred)
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Land FX (preferred)
    • GIS software (optional)
  • Prepare complete sets of technical drawings and design documentation, including:
    • Planting plans
    • Hardscape layouts
    • Irrigation layouts (if applicable)
    • Construction details
    • Sections and elevations
    • Presentation boards
  • Translate conceptual and schematic designs into detailed, accurate working drawings.
  • Coordinate with procurement, execution, and site teams to ensure alignment with design intent.
  • Assist in the preparation of material take-offs, BOQs, and technical submittals.
  • Support in revising drawings based on consultant or site feedback and maintain updated records accordingly.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture (landscape-focused), or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in landscape design or technical office roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is required.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Lumion, or other 3D visualization software is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of softscape and hardscape design elements.
  • Good knowledge of landscape systems and irrigation networks.
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with different departments.
  • High attention to accuracy, organization, and design documentation.
