Ensures compliance with company design philosophy, technical guidelines and Projects/ DCM requirements. The Technical Manager acts as the primary decision-making and interaction point with Third Party Stakeholders, consultants and contractors, and as such is required to attend official meetings. Ability to use advanced professional knowledge combined with contractual, technical and commercial abilities to guide all stakeholders to deliver pre and post contract landscape works to expectations of Master Developer, clients and as per technical and financial terms of the project brief Sustainability Deliver on the sustainability ambition of Dubai Masterplan 2040. Good working knowledge of horticulture and environmental & life sciences, as well as materials, equipment, technologies and workmanship relevant to landscape construction projects; staying abreast of latest related developments as they relate to landscape design projects. Cost & Time On time completion and approval of all landscape components within a master planning development. Quality Ability to use extensive professional expertise to manage projects and to oversee and manage multiple medium to large scale projects of increasing degree of complexity, size and value Advanced level of understanding and working knowledge of other related design, engineering and construction disciplines with an ability to review and challenge works performed by the technical team and other disciplines
