Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain luxurious landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces for the VVIP family.

  2. Conduct site analysis, assess landscape requirements, and create detailed designs and plans.

  3. Collaborate with the estate team, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of landscape projects.

  4. Manage and supervise landscape construction, installation, and maintenance activities.

  5. Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability practices, and safety standards.

  6. Develop and implement landscape maintenance schedules, including pruning, irrigation, and fertilization.

  7. Source and procure high-quality plants, materials, and equipment.

  8. Provide expert advice on landscape design, horticulture, and environmental sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.

  2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in landscape design, construction, and maintenance, preferably for high-end clients.

  3. Strong portfolio showcasing design and project management skills.

  4. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Familiarity with local climate, flora, and regulations.

  7. Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and green building principles.

  2. Experience with landscape design software (e.g., Autodesk, SketchUp).

  3. Certification in landscape architecture, horticulture, or irrigation management.

Security Clearance:

  1. Ability to work in a secure environment with VVIP family.

  2. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
