1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential health and safety hazards and develop/implement appropriate control measures and safe work procedures.

2. Lead and oversee the performance of international and local consultants to ensure full compliance with scope of services, deliverables, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

3. Ensure timely submission and approval of consultant deliverables in accordance with project schedules and budgetary constraints.

4. Evaluate and approve technical submittals, variation requests, and contractual amendments while maintaining alignment with soft cost targets.

5. Review and authorize control samples, mock-ups, and technical responses to RFIs, ensuring alignment with overall project vision.

6. Provide strategic direction on in-house design development and design solutions, as needed, to resolve complex design issues or bridge consultant gaps.

7. Serve as the key technical liaison and advisor to internal departments including Development, Construction, Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Facility Management, Sales, and Handover Teams.

8. Oversee and ensure full integration of the masterplan and landscape design with architectural, MEP, interior design, and infrastructure disciplines.

9. Lead technical assessment and strategic evaluation of landscape-related procurement packages such as site furnishings, lighting systems, play equipment, and other outdoor elements.

10. Review and approve detailed shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and project requirements.

11. Contribute to design standards and guidelines to ensure continuity and design excellence across all projects.
