Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in formulating greening systems, processes and standards to ensure their content is standardized and applicable.
  • Formulate greening acceptance standards, participate in on - site inspections, and control project quality.
  • Participate in the bidding process for greening subcontracting, provide professional support, and assist in selecting high - quality subcontractors
  • Coordinate the procurement of spare parts for sprinkler irrigation systems, and manage the warehousing and inventory of materials
  • Review greening plans, supervise the contract performance process, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure the smooth progress of projects.
  • Handle greening work orders and complaints, coordinate to resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of sprinkler irrigation systems, and establish records to ensure the normal operation of the systems.br>
  • 1.5+ years of experience in greening maintenance or construction, familiar with plant characteristics.
  • Proficient in designing greening plans, conducting construction, and implementing sprinkler systems.
  • Preference given to candidates with horticulture - related qualifications.
  • Able to formulate greening maintenance plans and pest control programs.
  • Familiar with the operation and maintenance of gardening equipment.
  • Have certain team organization and management abilities.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.br>
