- Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership)
- Candidates will ideally have minimum 12+ years relevant working experience in Landscape/Horticulture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation
- In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.
- Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
- Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English essential,
- Will be capable of working on their own or within/leading a small team of like discipline individuals and creating designs relevant to Middle East environment.
