Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for landscape projects, considering all aspects from materials to labor and equipment, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Conduct thorough site visits and analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Manage and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle, monitoring expenses against the budget and proactively addressing any variances.
- Prepare and negotiate variations and change orders, ensuring fair and reasonable settlements with contractors and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction economics.
Holds relevant professional certifications (e.g., MRICS) demonstrating commitment to industry standards and ethical practice.
Min 4 yrs of exp in UAE landscape Company
Demonstrates experience in the landscape construction industry, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities.
