Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Machine Operation: Set up and run the Mimaki UJF-6042 MKII for daily production, ensuring precise character placement and color accuracy on plastic keycaps and housings.
• File Preparation: Prepare and edit digital design files using RIP software and standard design applications to ensure print readiness.
• Quality Control: Monitor print output for alignment, clarity, and durability; perform immediate adjustments to correct defects.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine print head cleaning, nozzle checks, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Production Management: Manage raw material inventory and collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: 1–5 years in the printing/packaging industry, specifically with Flatbed UV LED printers. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in UV printing workflows, file preparation, and basic machine maintenance.
• Digital Literacy: Competency in MS Office/Google Workspace and printing software.
• Physical: Ability to handle materials and stand for extended periods during production shifts.
• Work Environment: Production/Manufacturing floor. Requires focus on precision and safety protocols.
