Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform laptop testing and inspection according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Verify laptop details, specifications, and exterior condition as directed per order.
Use in-house software to update order stages, record diagnostics, and maintain accurate device data and location.
Windows + Driver Installation, and Install & replace hardware components including RAM, SSD/HDD, batteries, and other parts as required.
Prepare laptops for front desk / shipping handover, ensuring all required steps are completed before handing over to the relevant team.
Identify issues, escalate problems, or communicate deliverables to the Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Support additional warehouse or technical tasks as delegated.
Basic laptop hardware knowledge and willingness to learn diagnostics and installations.
Comfortable using computers and internal software tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Able to work on-site in a warehouse, including standing for long periods and lifting laptops/hardware.
Reliable, team-oriented, able to work independently and communicate clearly.
