Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain various laser systems, ensuring optimal performance for aesthetic treatments.
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessing skin types and treatment suitability, and explaining procedures.
  • Administer laser treatments, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines, with precision and care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment parameters as needed, documenting all observations accurately.
  • Maintain detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and treatment rooms, upholding the highest hygiene standards.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
  • Stay updated on the latest laser technologies and techniques through continuing education and training.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience and optimal treatment outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma in Laser Technology or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of laser principles.
  • Holds a valid Laser Technician certification, showcasing the necessary qualifications for safe and effective practice.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laser clinic or medical spa setting, indicating practical expertise.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of various laser systems, including their applications and functionalities.
  • Exhibits proficiency in performing a range of aesthetic treatments, such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal.
  • Shows meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in treatment administration and patient record-keeping.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients and providing clear explanations.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety and adheres to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Exhibits a professional and empathetic demeanor, creating a comfortable and trusting environment for patients.
  • Nationality: No specific preference. Language Requirements: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
