Responsibilities

• Operate various laser machines accurately following standardized operational procedures.
• Perform laser treatments with adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to align treatment protocols with client needs.
• Maintain and calibrate laser equipment to ensure optimal functioning at all times.
• Provide clients with clear pre- and post-procedural instructions for accurate home care.
  
• Educate clients about treatment plans, expected results, and potential side effects.
• Document all treatment sessions accurately in compliance with clinic policies.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to tailor procedures according to individual's needs.
• Train new staff on laser safety protocols and effective usage techniques.
  
• Keep up-to-date with advances in laser technology and treatment methodologies.
• Manage inventory of laser supplies and coordinate with vendors for reordering.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment throughout the clinic at all times.

Requirements

• Certification or diploma in Laser Technology or a related field is mandatory.
• At least two years of hands-on experience with different types of laser equipment.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy and conditions treated by laser therapies is preferred.
  
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precise procedural tasks.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols concerning laser equipment usage.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to accommodate client schedules.
