About The Role :
The sorting facility supervisor is responsible for supervising daily sorting operations and ensuring all parcels are received, processed and dispatched correctly and on schedule. The role involves coordinating with team leaders and team staff, maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the sorting facility manager in achieving operational targets.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Supervise daily operations at the Hub.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes for timely delivery.
  • Monitor the handling of bulky items to minimize damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage inventory levels orders, ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Address any inquiries and concerns related to shipping and delivery, providing solutions to enhance the experience.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hub operations, including productivity metrics and issues encountered.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Good English Level.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and customers.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
