Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced project manager to join our team in Bouznika, Morocco. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and expected results.
- manage project budgets, track expenses and optimize resource utilization
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and problems that could affect the success of the project.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members and clients.
- Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- to implement and maintain best practices and project management methodologies
- Ensure that the deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
- 5 years or more of proven experience in project management
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- My proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Excellent skills in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to manage risks and solve complex problems
- Excellent leadership and team motivation skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
