Laundry Attendant - Private UHNW Villa

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Female Laundry Attendant to join the

household staff of a private ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) villa. The ideal candidate will have

expert knowledge of luxury fabrics and delicate garment care, with strong organizational skills and

a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Careful handling of fine garments including couture, silk, cashmere, lace, linen, leather,

wool, and blends.

• Sorting and identifying fabrics to determine appropriate washing, drying, and ironing

methods.

• Washing and handwashing garments using correct detergents and techniques based on

fabric sensitivity.

• Pressing and steaming using professional-grade equipment to maintain a wrinkle-free,

polished finish.

• Stain treatment and garment repair awareness, understanding how to pre-treat and

escalate delicate items if needed.

• Proper folding, hanging, and storing clothing by category and owner preferences.

• Organizing the laundry room, ensuring all products, tools, and appliances are in good

working order and labeled.

• Managing the inventory of linens and towels, ensuring timely rotation and replacement.

• Keeping laundry and linen storage areas spotless, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene

standards at all times.

• Assisting with wardrobe management during travel packing/unpacking, seasonal

wardrobe changes, or special events.

• Coordinating with the housekeeping and wardrobe team for daily garment requirements

and service flow.
