Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Task Description:
  • Supervise and manage the laundry team, including training, task allocation, and performance management.
  • Monitor team members work to ensure adherence to company standards, including safety protocols, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team to ensure clear communication of tasks, priorities, and schedules.
  • Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the cleaning, sorting, and processing of linens, uniforms, towels, and other fabrics used by the catering operations.
  • Ensure all laundry equipment (washers, dryers, presses, etc.) is functioning optimally, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Atleast high school graduate.
  • 1-2 years experience in catering, buffet, cruise ship and airline catering services.
  • Basic English communication skills.
