Laundry Supervisor Teyseer Services company

Job Purpose: To supervise and coordinate all laundry operations within the camp, ensuring efficient processing, high-quality standards, and proper care of linen, uniforms, and personal garments while maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, pressing, and folding.

• Ensure proper sorting and segregation of linen, uniforms, and garments based on fabric type, color, and washing requirements.

• Monitor the correct use of detergents, chemicals, and laundry equipment to ensure efficiency, cost control, and safety.

• Maintain high quality standards to prevent damage, shrinkage, discoloration, or loss of items.

• Inspect finished laundry to ensure cleanliness, stain removal, and proper finishing standards.

• Plan, schedule, and assign duties to laundry staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

• Train and guide staff on laundry procedures, equipment handling, hygiene, and safety practices.

• Maintain accurate inventory of linen, uniforms, and laundry supplies; report shortages or damages.
