Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in litigation cases before UAE courts.
  • Provide expert legal advice and strategies across a wide range of legal matters, including civil, commercial, corporate, and regulatory cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and case pleadings.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis to support client matters.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and mediation or arbitration proceedings.
  • Advise corporate and individual clients on UAE laws, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Stay updated with legal amendments and judicial precedents relevant to UAE law.
  • Handle negotiations for settlements and alternative dispute resolutions where applicable.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal interns within the firm.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emirati Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE law, trial advocacy, and legal procedures, as well as a proven track record in handling litigation, advisory matters, and client representation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati) with a valid UAE law license.
  • Minimum of 5 7 years of experience practicing law in the UAE.
  • Strong litigation and advocacy skills, with experience appearing before UAE courts.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • A professional network with legal authorities, regulatory bodies, and industry professionals in the UAE is an advantage.
