Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to Management and various departments
- Drafting, analyzing and validating contracts (clients, suppliers, partners)
- Manage litigation and monitor cases with external lawyers
- Ensure the company's regulatory compliance (corporate law, commercial law, labor law, etc.)
- Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring
- Participate in the management of insurance and legal risks
- Prepare the legal documents related to the company's corporate life
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial setting
- Good command of commercial law, labor law and contract law
- Rigour, confidentiality and analytical skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Good communication and advisory skills
