Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Advising executives on the company's legal strategy.
- Providing legal services in corporate law: drafting and updating articles of association, minutes of meetings, shareholders' agreements
- Providing support in tax law and regulatory compliance
- Representing and defending the company in court in the event of disputes (particularly before the labor court)
- Analyze and anticipate legal risks in order to protect the company's reputation and interests.
- To monitor legal developments and inform the company of legislative changes (taxation, labor law, environment)
- Participate in the drafting and validation of contracts and agreements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Law degree (Master's degree in business law or equivalent)
- Certificate of fitness for the profession of lawyer
- Experience in legal counsel or law firm preferred
- Rigour, discretion and analytical skills
- Excellent action and interpersonal skills
