Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To monitor and process the company's legal files.
- Drafting, analyzing and validating contracts and legal documents.
- Advise the various departments on regulatory and legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and procedures.
- Manage litigation and ensure follow-up on legal matters.
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring.
- Degree in law or legal studies.
- Desired experience in a similar position.
- Good mastery of business law, labor law or commercial law.
- Excellent action-oriented and analytical skills.
- Sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization.
