SPA EPE SOCIETE D'EXPLOITATION METRO D'ALGER (SEMA)

Responsibilities:

• Research and analysis of legislation, jurisprudence and regulations relevant to the company's field of activity.
• Provide legal advice to various stakeholders within the company on a range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, etc.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, license agreements, and other legal documents.
• Management of potential or ongoing litigation, including coordination with external lawyers if necessary.
• Ensuring the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, by developing and implementing internal policies and training programs.
• Participate in legal due diligence during commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and provide advice on related legal issues.
• Work in collaboration with other departments of the company to identify and mitigate legal risks.

• Excellent legal research skills and ability to analyze and interpret legislation and case law.
• Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to non-legal parties.
• Mastery of legal drafting and review of contracts and other legal documents.
• Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
