Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Lawyer with a strong background in real estate law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years of relevant experience and will provide legal advice, draft and review contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs related to real estate projects, sales, and leasing.
  • Provide legal support for land acquisition, property registration, and real estate development processes.
  • Advise management on compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support litigation matters, coordinate with external law firms, and prepare legal documents when required.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for potential projects and partnerships.
  • Ensure proper documentation and legal protection of the company s assets and interests.
  • Assist in resolving disputes with clients, contractors, and third parties.
  • Prepare legal reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Law (LLB) Master s degree is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice law in Egypt.
  • Maximum 4 years of experience in legal practice, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, corporate law, and commercial contracts.
  • Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
