Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions in accordance with court requirements.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal rights.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and share best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Manage case files, documentation, and client communications efficiently.
  • Participate in business development activities and contribute to the firm s growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrated experience in litigation, corporate law, or related legal fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work full-time and on-site in an office environment.
