Provide legal advisory and compliance support to the organization on a freelance, case-by-case basis, ensuring adherence to UAE laws and regulations. Responsible for contract drafting and review, client dispute resolution, legal risk management, debt recovery, and providing strategic legal guidance to support business operations and protect the company's interests. The consultant will be engaged as required for specific legal matters, projects, disputes, and advisory assignments. Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate client service agreements, retainers, production agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, liabilities, and risk exposure arising from client engagements.
Handle client disputes, contractual disagreements, payment recovery matters, and commercial claims while protecting the company's interests.
Draft legal notices, demand letters, settlement agreements, and responses to legal claims or complaints.
Provide legal guidance on advertising, marketing, digital media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
Advise on intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, licensing rights, content ownership, and usage rights for creative assets.
Review campaign terms and conditions, promotional materials, and client deliverables to mitigate legal and reputational risks.
Support debt recovery efforts and coordinate with external legal representatives when legal action is required against clients or third parties.
Assist in dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and settlement discussions to avoid unnecessary litigation where possible.
Provide legal advice on social media content, digital marketing activities, consumer protection regulations, and advertising compliance requirements.
Assess and manage legal risks associated with media production, content distribution, talent agreements, influencer engagements, and sponsorship arrangements.
Represent the company's legal interests in communications with clients, regulatory authorities, and external legal counsel.
Develop and maintain contract templates, legal processes, and best practices to support business operations and client engagement activities.
