Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are a Dubai-based real estate company looking for a Lawyer & Legal Advisor to handle basic and routine legal matters related to real estate and company operations. Scope of Work: Drafting and reviewing real estate contracts (Form A, B, F, MOUs, tenancy agreements) Legal review of agreements with developers, brokers, agents, and clients Advising on Dubai & UAE laws, including: Real estate and brokerage regulations Commercial & civil law Company and contract law Ensuring compliance with RERA, DLD, and UAE regulations Handling NDAs, non-circumvention clauses, commission agreements Providing day-to-day legal advice to management Coordinating with external law firms when required (No court appearances or litigation required)
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: Qualified Lawyer or Legal Advisor licensed in the UAE (or with UAE legal practice experience) Strong knowledge of Dubai & UAE laws (not limited to DLD regulations) Experience in real estate brokerage or property-related businesses Ability to work on a retainer / part-time basis Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) � Location: Dubai � Engagement: Part-time / Retainer � Long-term cooperation
