Roles & Responsibilities
Do you want to focus your work on tax planning and related corporate law? Is your (interest) primarily in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law? Then join our team; we advise clients on precisely these kinds of projects.
Their range of activities
- We advise our clients on specific legal issues in these areas and would like to expand our legal services.
- As a graduate, you will work alongside an experienced lawyer/tax advisor and benefit from their experience and expertise. Your tasks will include preparing expert opinions, presentations, and advising clients.
- Furthermore, you will draft company agreements, conversion documents, (company) purchase agreements and prepare the corresponding shareholder resolutions.
- Furthermore, your tasks include coordinating contracts with our cooperating notaries and handling tax court and civil court proceedings.
If you have already gained extensive knowledge in these areas, you can fully and independently manage such projects with us. A team of business lawyers as well as bachelor's and master's graduates will be available to support you.
Expertise & Experience
- You have successfully completed your law studies and now want to get started in the field of corporate law and tax law.
- Ideally, you have focused your university studies and legal traineeship on tax law and/or corporate law.
- You are aiming to become a specialist lawyer in commercial and corporate law and/or a specialist lawyer in tax law and would like to collect the necessary cases with us.
- You can and want to create contracts, expert opinions and presentations independently.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint are second nature to you.
Other areas of law: We aim to offer our clients comprehensive legal advice. Especially for wealthy entrepreneurs, many areas of law often intersect, and we offer a one-stop solution for these situations. Therefore, if you would like to specialize in another area with us, please feel free to contact us. We plan to expand our legal services to include areas such as employment law, inheritance law, and family law.
Engagement
- In your new job, you would like to take on more responsibility and handle technical topics independently.
- At the same time, you value team cohesion, enjoy exchanging ideas with your colleagues about complex cases, and encourage young colleagues.
- You meet new challenges with a willingness to learn, initiative and team spirit.
- You can quickly grasp complex issues and process them in a structured manner.
Your Next Steps
- Continuing education: Would you like to further specialize in a particular area? We are happy to support you in your continuing education and training.
- Team Leader: Newly qualified lawyers can develop into team leaders with us within 2-3 years. Experienced lawyers (3-5 years of professional experience) can start directly as team leaders.
- Partner option: Provided you have the necessary expertise, top motivation and commitment, you can advance to a partner position in the medium term through this role.
