Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. ompliance & Filing: Prepare and file UAE VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings, and other regulatory reports.

  2. Technical Research: Research UAE taxation laws, including executive regulations, FTA guides, and Cabinet decisions.

  3. Advisory Support: Assist in tax impact assessments, restructuring projects, and due diligence.

  4. Documentation: Maintain tax working papers, transaction records, and prepare technical memos.

  5. Client Management: Liaise with clients to gather data and resolve tax queries
