Lead Analyst Reporting & Analytics Johnson and Johnson

Design and deploy enhanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities for the enterprise leveraging the SigniFi systems architecture.

Work with key stakeholders in various finance teams across the enterprise to support reporting capabilities at local, regional and global level by providing analytics, governance, and training.

Partner with Data Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.

Partner with Change Management, Communications, and Training teams.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor s degree in accounting / finance is required. Advanced degrees / certifications such as a CPA, CMA, PMP or MBA / Master s are preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of finance or accounting required.
• Hands-on experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools; oversee data integration and modeling to create trusted financial data models and a single source of truth is required.
• Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindset is required.
• Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information is required.
• Ability to balance big picture with attention to detail is required.

This position can be located in New Jersey; Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom, UAE, Ireland or Zug, Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
