1. Design Leadership & Vision

• Lead the architectural vision across commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and urban-scale developments.

• Drive concept design excellence aligned with market positioning and development strategy.

• Integrate contemporary architecture with regional identity, climatic responsiveness, and cultural sensitivity.

• Oversee all stages from concept design through IFC documentation and construction supervision support.

1. Urban & Regulatory Integration

• Lead master planning and urban integration strategies in compliance with Omani planning frameworks.

• Coordinate and manage approvals with relevant authorities (Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Muscat Municipality, and other entities as required).

• Ensure full compliance with Oman Building Code and municipal development controls.

• Optimize land use, density, circulation, infrastructure integration, and public realm planning.

1. Commercial & Development Alignment

• Align architectural strategies with development feasibility studies, leasing requirements, and ROI objectives.

• Drive efficiency in GFA optimization, core planning, and tenant adaptability.

• Collaborate with commercial, leasing, and asset management teams to enhance long-term asset performance.

• Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and quality.

1. Technical & Construction Oversight

• Lead multidisciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, façade, landscape, traffic, infrastructure).

• Review technical submissions to ensure constructability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct site reviews to safeguard design intent during execution.

• Identify and mitigate design and technical risks across project life cycles.

• Mentor and manage internal architectural teams and external consultants.

• Establish design governance frameworks, review procedures, and approval matrices.

• Present design strategies to executive management, investors, and regulatory authorities.

• Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder and authority engagements.
