Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cost management services across a portfolio of projects.
• Provide expertise in both pre- and post-contract stages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, with an emphasis on business development.
• Review, manage, and sign off key commercial documentation.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members.
• Represent the consultancy at senior meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15 20 years of professional experience in cost management/quantity surveying.
• Proven expertise across both pre- and post-contract services.
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Must hold MRICS status (or be enrolled on the RICS APC with very strong experience).
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi with relevant local project experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
