Lead BIM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM team, including architects, engineers, and modelers.
  
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
  
• Oversee all modeling disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structure) for accuracy and coordination.
  
• Ensure LOD (Level of Development) compliance for all project deliverables.
  
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for BIM requirements.
  
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings to resolve design issues.
  
• Establish BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for project and office-wide adoption.
  
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination using BIM tools.
  
• Train and mentor BIM team members to ensure skill development and knowledge transfer.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Arch / B.E. with BIM Certification.
  
• 10+ years of experience in BIM leadership across Architecture, MEP, and Structural projects.
  
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360.
  
• Experienced in developing BEPs, LOD compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client coordination skills.
  
• Proven ability to mentor BIM teams and implement BIM workflows successfully.
