Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Negotiate and secure the best possible pricing and terms with suppliers, driving cost savings and value for the company.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities to optimize the supply chain.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance meets quality, delivery, and service level agreements and proactively address any issues.
- Analyze market trends and economic forecasts to anticipate price fluctuations and proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and cost reduction in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, sourcing strategies, and contract management.
