Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptual design and architectural vision for luxury high-rise towers.

  • Develop iconic skyline-defining concepts with strong façade articulation and structural expression.

  • Translate development briefs into innovative tower forms, efficient floor plates, and premium unit layouts.

  • Oversee massing studies, vertical transportation strategies, core planning, and height optimization.

  • Ensure design feasibility balancing aesthetics, cost efficiency, structural logic, and buildability.

  • Drive façade innovation, material selection strategy, and high-end architectural detailing at concept stage.

  • Collaborate closely with Structure, MEP, Façade, Vertical Transportation, and Sustainability consultants.

  • Present design concepts to Executive Leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations, zoning controls, and high-rise codes.

  • Mentor and guide internal design teams to maintain high standards and timely delivery.

  • Maintain brand consistency and premium architectural language across all tower developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

    8–12 years of experience with strong expertise in luxury high-rise residential or mixed-use towers.

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior design leadership role within a reputed developer or international consultancy.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed or concept-stage iconic high-rise projects.

  • Deep understanding of tower planning, structural coordination, façade systems, and vertical circulation.

  • Experience in UAE/GCC high-rise projects is highly preferred.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to optimize GFA efficiency.

  • Excellent presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and advanced visualization tools.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, design-driven luxury development environment.
