Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Data Architects, driving excellence in data design and engineering practices
Define and evolve the AI data architecture roadmap in line with enterprise and regulatory requirements
Oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable data platforms to support AI and analytics use cases
Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and lineage standards across all AI data assets
Collaborate with AI Engineering, MLOps, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless data flow and model readiness
Evaluate and implement emerging data technologies to enhance scalability, automation, and performance
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on data architecture strategy and innovation

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering roles within complex technology environments
Expertise in distributed data systems and tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Snowflake, BigQuery)
Strong background in data modeling, metadata management, and governance in regulated domains
Familiarity with ML data workflows and integration with cloud-based AI platforms
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools for data platform deployment
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Educational qualifications: Bachelor s or Masters s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
