Lead Design Engineer Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Company limited

Lead the design and engineering of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, and piping systems in compliance with ASME, API, TEMA, and relevant international standards.

Review and approve design calculations, including Pressure vessel thickness calculations, Stress analysis and reinforcement, Thermal expansion and load calculations, Nozzle load and support design

Oversee preparation and validation of equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions (MR), and technical bid evaluations (TBE).

Coordinate with process, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure proper integration and alignment of design requirements.

Review and approve GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and layout drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Provide technical leadership and support during all project phases including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.

Lead vendor management activities, including technical clarifications, drawing reviews, inspections, and expediting to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and compliance with company and client standards for all static equipment packages.

Participate in HAZOP, design reviews, risk assessments, and constructability reviews to ensure safety and operability of designs.

Identify and resolve technical issues and design challenges, providing effective engineering solutions.

Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to best engineering practices.

Monitor and ensure all deliverables meet project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
