Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In-depth mastery of Android development and related technologies (Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, etc.).
Experience with mobile development architectures (MVC, MVP, MVVM).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web communication techniques (JSON, XML).
Understanding of design pattern principles and mobile development best practices.
Experience with version control tools (Git).
Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Experience with unit and integration testing.
Mastery of Agile concepts (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication skills: Ability to produce
high-quality
deliverables and reports .
Analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement: Ability to evaluate code and its impact, as well as
to challenge existing solutions to improve them.
Ability to take a step back and see the bigger picture: Ability to objectively assess problems and
propose solutions for improvement.
Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to
achieve common goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
If you're looking for the perfect candidate, you'll definitely have a place on our team if you meet most of the following criteria:
- A Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science, or equivalent significant experience.
- Over 7 years of experience in Android
- Experience in the retail or mass distribution sector would be an asset.
- You enjoy working in a team on ambitious projects
- You develop innovative mobile technologies.
- You bring value to the latest open-source technologies
- You know how to debug and maintain older codebases
- Are you ready to be trained in innovative development methods?
