Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks, evaluating their suitability and integrating them into the existing tech stack.
  • Proactively identify and address technical debt, advocating for and implementing solutions to improve code quality and system performance.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Demonstrates expertise in Java, Python, or similar languages and relevant frameworks.
  • Has 8+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or similar, showcasing expertise in cloud technologies.
