Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage all Electrical & Instrumentation activities at site

Supervise E&I teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Coordinate project execution including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements

Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and support successful project completion

Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent technical knowledge in E&I systems and Oil & Gas projects

Effective communication and coordination skills

Strong problem-solving and project execution capabilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering

Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

Proven experience leading E&I teams on large-scale projects

Strong expertise in installation, testing, and commissioning activities

Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
