Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the integration of electrical components with other engineering disciplines to create seamless, functional systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, developing strategies to mitigate future issues.
  • Evaluate and select electrical equipment and materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or ETAP) and simulation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus for global project coordination.
