Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications,

• Bachelor s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional certification or postgraduate qualification in mining or related field is preferred.

Minimum Experience and Competencies

• Minimum 8 12 years of experience in mine planning and technical support, preferably in open-pit mining operations.
• Proven experience in short-, medium-, and long-term mine planning, pit optimization, and scheduling.
• Experience in integrating geology, geotechnical, and operational data for planning and decision-making.
• Demonstrated exposure to production monitoring, cost control, and performance improvement initiatives.
