Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct value diagnostics and identify value leakage
Design enterprise value frameworks and benefit models
Develop benefit taxonomy and KPI trees
Establish baseline tracking and measurement systems
Implement confidence scoring and dashboards
Drive change management and stakeholder alignment
Perform financial modelling and value quantification
Desired Candidate Profile
12–15+ years experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or performance management
Strong expertise in financial modelling and KPI design
Proven track record in value management / benefits realization frameworks
Exposure to Balanced Scorecard, OKRs, or Value Engineering
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance/Engineering preferred
Preferred certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, CFA, PMP
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
